These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Stephanie Geyl Pottery via this website.

1. About the work

Each piece is made by hand in small batches, with care and attention to detail.

All pieces are handmade ceramics. Due to the nature of the process:

  • Each item is unique

  • Variations in colour, shape and finish are part of the character of the work

  • Measurements are approximate

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (for example, due to stock or pricing errors).

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

Delivery costs will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on the website.

5. Commissions & Lead Times

Commissioned pieces are made to order and require a lead time of approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the nature of the work and current studio schedule.

Timescales are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to the handmade process. Any changes or delays will be communicated where possible.

6. Shipping

Orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe (typically stated on the product page or confirmed after purchase).

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
